welcomes articles and trip reports submitted from its readers. Lets
face it, the GoldenStateTrout.com crew can't be in everywhere at the same
time. Though, as a rule, we make every effort to get in the field
(at least) once a month.
Your Submissions
Common sense dictates what is acceptable as
'content' for the GoldenStateTrout.com web. If your article/report
is of interest to California Trout Fishing Enthusiasts, it will
undoubtedly be posted. Naturally, our 'Terms of Use' conditions
apply. And, GoldenStateTrout.com reserves the right to refuse and/or
reject any submissions at our discretion without cause. Likewise,
GoldenStateTrout.com reserves the right to edit submissions prior to
publication, as needed. Please do not submit articles of a commercial
nature, as they'll be flatly rejected.
Images?
Yes, please include up to 10 pictures (of your
own) for inclusion into your article. Images should be in .jpeg (.jpg)
format. If you know how to, please reduce the image size to 640x480
max. We will prepare and reduce it further for publication., and an
original reduced to 640x480 is good starting point. You must have
full ownership and copyright of any images submitted.
Links?
Yes, subject to our approval. To include a
hyperlink in your article, underline the text to be linked and follow it
with the URL in parenthesis. i.e. Hyperlink Text(www.somewhere.com).
How to Submit
- Prepare
your article using Microsoft Word®, WordPad or NotePad.
- Collect and reduce, up to 5, images relevant to your article.
- Email the article and images as attachments to the GoldenStateTrout.com
Editor.
Remember to include your full name and contact info, for our
records. You'll be given credit in the article header (Submitted by:
John Doe). No other personal information will be provided to the
public.
